You will not only be helping us reach out to our community to provide good oral health, but you’ll also be helping us assist "FAMILY MUSEUM OF ART & SCIENCE, BETTENDORF" for the month of April. Family Dentistry will donate $4.00 for each new patient that schedules an appointment for June, July or August.

In addition, for any referral your name will be put into a drawing for a cookie bouquet from Cookies by Design. Drawing will be held once a month.
